Schedule a face-to-face meeting or phone call

Finalise your special songs and running order

Regular email check-ins to make sure nothing has been forgotten

Learn any special requests that may not appear on our set-list

Prepare the DJ set list in consultation with you

Make ourselves available for ongoing consultation
WHAT WE DO
ON THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING

Travel up 150km (round trip) no additional charge.

Arrive on location 1.5hrs prior to scheduled start time (earlier if required).

Confirm run of events with Venue Manager/Wedding Organiser/MC.

Liaise with your MC to ensure a smooth run list

Supply wireless mic & amplification (if not provided by your venue)

Cue any/all song requests for your formalities/special moments.

Set-up, pack-down & re-locate to multiple positions - e.g. Ceremony, Canapés

Ensure 100% flexibility

DURING YOUR WEDDING

Adapt to the timelines on-the-fly

Make announcements where required.

Increase the tempo and style of music as the evening progresses.

Read the crowd to ensure what we are doing suits the event.

Will play ‘live’ as frequently as your run sheet allows.

Our DJ set begins when your event requires it (as a rule of thumb, the last 90mins).

Customise to your wishes (based on pre-wedding consult)
